possibly desirable modifications and am
content to leave to you decision as to whether
to raise above two points with Chairman, it
being understood that, as indicated in
paragraph 2 above, any alterations should be
made only following formal request by Chairman.

copy of Report.

simultaneous with announcement or as early as
possible after it.
